flower"Emilie was a consummate professional, a wonderful guide, and I can honestly think of no decision we made in the lead-up to the birth that turned out better than hiring her."

- Clinton

flower"It was such a comfort to have Stephanie with me at the birth of each of my daughters. She kept me calm and focused and I could not have asked for a better birthing experience. You can’t help but feel that she is a part of your family."

- Jocelyn

Warm, intuitive, and compassionate, Emilie and Stephanie will support you in feeling prepared and confident as you transition to parenthood. Emilie is the mother of two beautiful children and has been passionate about the birthing and parenting world since her first pregnancy. Her services are available in English, French, and Spanish. Stephanie is a DONA International certified birth doula, a Certified Lactation Educator, an artist, and a mother of two teenagers. She brings a warm and calm energy that helps you feel comfortable and at ease in her presence.

What is a doula partnership? In short, you get the combined experience and knowledge of two doulas for the price of one! While Emilie and Stephanie attend the interview, prenatal meetings, and postpartum visit together (ensuring everyone has ample time to get to know each other and build a trusting relationship), they share call time. This means that only one doula is on call at a time and whoever is on call when you go into labour would be the doula to attend your birth.

I love to support parents as they welcome a new child to their lives. I believe that creating the best possible birthing and postpartum environment can strengthen the bond between a child and their parents.
— Emilie
I believe everyone deserves to be respected, loved, and supported in a non-judgemental environment as they prepare to welcome a new life into their family. I look forward to walking alongside families, providing knowledge and recognizing the needs of each birthing woman.
— Stephanie
