Hi! 👋 I’m Soleil, a busy mom of two energetic and creative young boys. Artistry is a big part of my life and I’m constantly creating and exploring new art forms. When the season is right, I find great pleasure in getting my hands dirty while puttering in our garden. I love eating sushi and enjoy time with my husband, family, and friends.
I’ve lived in Calgary my whole life and I feel lucky to have had my family in the city to support me throughout my life’s events, both big and small. I recognize not everyone has that kind of support in their lives, so my goal is to provide a safe and nurturing space for new parents.
For me, life is all about my village and making meaningful connections with people. It’s a natural feeling for me to reach out to others when they need help and crave a deeper connection. And in those moments, I use my creativity to provide support, guidance, and a bit of fun as I anticipate their needs.
It brings me joy to serve others; it’s why I became a doula.
I was also inspired by my own experience with a doula during the birth of my second son. I felt more in control, knowing there was someone else there to support my decisions. I felt safe as they provided emotional support for both me and my husband.
The experience was empowering, and I strive to cultivate that powerful connection with families throughout their birthing and postpartum journey.
