The first months postpartum can be a roller coaster of emotions, wildly swinging between joy and despair as you try to figure out who you are now that you’re a parent. Is there even a YOU anymore?? 🤔 (Spoiler alert: yes! You’re just in the messy middle of figuring out who that is in this new life stage)
There’s a lot that’s incredible about becoming a new parent and there’s a lot that just straight up sucks. We get it. And we’re not going to judge you for saying the sucky part out loud.
It takes a village to raise a child. We know that. AND it also takes a village to raise a new parent. Just like your newborn is learning all kinds of new things, so are you.
And you deserve to be encouraged, supported, cheered on, and commiserated with while you’re figuring it out.
Hi! 👋 We’re Rachel and Soleil, your favorite birth and postpartum nerds.
Join us for a cozy postpartum circle where you can share your triumphs and faceplants, what’s working and what’s a hot mess. We’ll make you coffee (or tea or hot chocolate - honestly, whatever you’d like!), serve you some cookies, and hold space for you as you work it out.
Also, if you want, we’ll provide tricks, ideas, potential solutions, and strategies (but ONLY IF YOU ASK! We’re so not into the unsolicited advice thing - we know you’re a smart, capable person who’s simply going through a hard time right now).
Plus! Meet other parents wading through the same shit as you so you feel less alone. It doesn’t make any logical sense but it’s a fact of life that shit feels less shitty when you’re wading through it with someone else. We don’t get it, but we’ll use it!
