All in Business
I usually do a year end wrap up in January but this year I’m not feeling it. Taking a look back at our stats feels a bit like trying to put a big ol’ shine on a smelly turd. I’m not a big fan of positivity for positivity’s sake.
I did want to share two things that capture some of what I’m feeling about 2020 though.
We were honored to support more than 90 families in 2019! Thank you so much to each person who invited us to care for you this year. It was our honor and privilege to support you and to bear witness to your transformation into parenthood.
2018 was a year of joyous hellos for Five Elements Birth Services. We welcomed Emilie Sanmartin, Stephanie Gould, and Jules Kisiloski-Cope to our team of incredible, heart-centered doulas. Christine Jennings, Peter Jennings, and big sister Hazel welcomed their newest addition, baby Zoe, in March. What a joy to have Zoe as part of our extended Five Elements Birth Services family.
If you've been hanging around for a bit (especially on our Facebook page) you may have noticed that Christine and I are a bit dorky...geeky...nerdy. We love sci-fi/fantasy and we both have our respective fandoms. Christine is waiting for her letter from Hogwarts and I'm a Browncoat through and through...
